Do you deliver outside Kisumu?

Yes — we ship nationwide within Kenya via courier. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking reference once your order is dispatched.

How do I pay with M-Pesa?

At checkout, enter your details and tap Pay. You will receive an M-Pesa STK push prompt on your phone — simply enter your PIN to confirm. The whole process takes under a minute.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in their original condition with tags intact. WhatsApp us to initiate a return and we will guide you through the process.

How do I know which size to pick?

Check our size guide linked in the footer for general measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, WhatsApp us — we are happy to give personal fit and styling advice before you order.

Can I visit the boutique?

Yes — we are based in Kisumu. WhatsApp us to book a private styling appointment and we will find a time that works for you. In-person visits are by appointment so we can give you our full attention.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Once dispatched you will receive a message with your courier tracking details.
